About me
Hi, I’m Dr Hannah Gray and I’m a Clinical Psychologist with a particular interest in trauma, neurodivergence and burnout. People often come to see me when life has left them feeling overwhelmed or stuck, or when they simply want to understand themselves better.
I’m interested in understanding what sits underneath the difficulties you’re experiencing including how they developed, what keeps them going, and what might help things begin to shift. My work often draws on EMDR, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), parts work and somatic approaches.
I also carry out autism and ADHD assessments for adults and young people as part of a team of local colleagues, with a focus on making assessment genuinely useful, helping you understand your individual profile, strengths and needs.
Pinewood Psychology takes its name from a place that has always represented safety and belonging to me. I wanted the practice to reflect some of those same qualities, a place to feel understood, make sense of your experiences and find a way forward.
